DRY NEEDLING THERAPY

Dry Needling is a targeted treatment that involves use of an acupuncture needle to activate specific locations in an affected muscle.

This form of therapy is used to release tight muscle bands within the muscle fibers and target trigger points within the muscle which cause pain and discomfort, quickly releasing the tension and increasing mobility and is a very effective means of addressing a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.

It is suitable for those who are sensitive to hard massage pressure. Dry needling is not suitable for treatment around the rib cage and thoracic region.

Can be combined with remedial massasge and is also claimable against Private Health Insurance via HICAPS
